We provide detailed video setting up guide to buyer via online video and USB drive shipped with equipment, which has been proven to be very effective. On site instruction is also available, but it need extra payment.
4. How is your quality guarantee?
1 year for main parts such as motor, control system, but not for easy worn products such as knife. Our machine always can be used for 10 years at least.
