This machine is specially developed mainly for production of hose clamp with flat materials such as stainless steel/galvanized sheet/aluminum. One oil cylinder of our machine is equivalent to one punch, and 10 actions of some machines are equivalent to the functions of 10 punches. The computer combines multiple oil cylinders to bending complex products. We have made customized flat products with a maximum width of 50MM and a maximum thickness of 4MM. The equipment can complete fully automatic numerical control:feeding-straightening-flattening-cutting-punching-engraving-multi action bending-trimming-finished product. It can bend complex parts that the punch can not complete, and the bending precision is 0.2MM.
